Our treasurer left and we have not been able to find a suitable replacement. We need someone to fill the gap and upgrade our budgets and financial reporting format before we hire a new treasurer. I want a person who is a qualified accountant who can work well with our management team, board of directors and understands our computer system
Board grid lock
Our Board of Directors has 12 directors all with very good, but different ideas of where we should direct the organisation. We need someone with an understanding of Boards of directors of non profits to help us assess our options from both the funding agency perspectives and the needs in the community.
Keynote speaker and workshop facilitator
We need a keynote speaker and workshop facilitator for our business association annual conference to address members concerns with marketing and financial issues. We need the s peaker to research the issues, help us finalize a survey, pull the results and conclusions together, and present the findings and conclusions at the annual conference together with a follow up workshop for those members wanting to adapt their approach.
Board team work
Our Board of Directors is divided on whether to staff up or outsource the administration of our organisation. We need someone with experience in Fund Accounting experience and organizational design to help us assess our options from both a cost perspective and still meet our regulatory requirements.
